There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

 

That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

 

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Memberships and Awards:  I'm an award-winning Top Producer at RE/MAX PowerPro and a member of the RE/MAX Executive Club.  These awards are a direct result of my commitment to customer service from start to finish - and beyond.  Memberships include the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, South Broward Board of Realtors, and the Council of Residential Specialists.

 

I'm proud to be a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a coveted designation earned by only 4% of Realtors nationwide.  In addition to advanced training, education and marketplace expertise, CRS agents must also certify a significant mix of experience and number of real estate transactions.  Certified Residential Specialists are considered by many to be among the best in our industry.

 

Realtors with the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation are nationally recognized as top performers in the real estate marketplace.  The GRI program provides in-depth training on several issues related to the purchase or sale of real estate.
